Christian student group sues University of Wisconsin

"A Christian organization, InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, at the University of Wisconsin-Superior has filed suit against the university, claiming it wrongly de-recognized its campus chapter."
Since the leaders have to take a religious vow, it's seen as discrimination. This is the Knights of Columbus case all over again.
