• Group wants graduations moved out of Wis. church

Americans United for Separation of Church and State filed the lawsuit Wednesday in federal court in Milwaukee on behalf of a graduating senior and several families who are not named. It seeks to prevent the Elmbrook School District from holding two high school graduations at Elmbrook Church in June.
