In the new interpretation, the shepherds are transformed into Sir Alf Ramsay's 1966 World Cup-winning England football squad, and perform the chart-topping Good Vibrations.
Is this the logical evolution of the Polka Mass? I just never thought of "Fun, Fun, Fun" as a Christmas song. Might something get lost in the translation? Maybe they'll post it on YouTube.

Hi, i am from the church, ad it was amazing. It was great fun to watch but with a serious side to it as well. It looked at the fact that the footbal team of '66' were there to find glory from winning the football however footbal seemed to pale into insignificance when jesus was born and it looked at where we try to find glory etc. It was a fantastically well done performance with a great story to tell and we had the place packed out wiht people who could tell you how good it was but also how thought provoking it was too.
