Court Ruling Wisconsin Program Cannot Exclude Religious Charities

Wisconsin state employees are allowed to set part of their payroll to go to charity. A judge has ruled that the state cannot exclude religious institutions from the what charity they can give to. Think of it as a cross between tithing and direct deposit.
