Iconic church in Trafalgar Square takes advert break

St Martin-in-the-Fields church is to erect a hoarding in Trafalgar Square, which it hopes will raise thousands of pounds towards its £36 million restoration programme.
In American English, that means they're putting a billboard on the side of their church and selling ad space. Interesting fund raising idea.
