Islamic indoctrination' taken to Supreme Court

We've been hearing about this one for a few years now, but it's gone to the Supreme Court. Is it inconsistent to have kids act Muslim in a public school as part of the curriculum? Or act like a Pastafarian, for that matter?

There's not enough information in this article for the reader to determine if this course teaches information or indoctrination. Also, is this class an elective or mandatory? Too many questions remain up in the air after reading it.
