• Minister sues police over marijuana raid at church

A minister who was arrested on charges of marijuana possession has sued police for $30 million, contending his civil and religious rights were violated because he heads a church that uses pot during worship.

Craig X Rubin is the founder of Temple 420, which claims that the "Tree of Life" in the Bible is marijuana, which needs to be burned as a sacrament. Personally, I find nothing about burning the tree of life in the Bible, nor could marijuana be it. Sounds like an excuse to get high to me.
