ConocoPhillips has settled a religious discrimination lawsuit brought by federal officials on behalf of a worker at a New Jersey plant.Clarence Taylor, a pipe fitter at the Bayway Refinery in Linden since 1975, was involuntarily placed on a 12-week assignment in 2006 that required him to work Sunday mornings.
