• Vandalized Church gives "Love Gifts" to suspects

Some young men vandalized a church and stole equipment. The church wants them to know they're forgiven, so they're giving them XBoxes and other gifts. Where is the line between forgiveness and rewarding & encouraging bad behavior? Will this lead to copycat crimes, hoping to get goodies as rewards?
